MultiSite Finishes developed a unique painting process to manage factory-finished fixtures. This affordable low-VOC, lower odor system utilizes the latest european coatings technology. MSF delivers a low-VOC, very durable atractive finish similar to the coating applied during manufacturing. The application process minizes labor and material costs without closing the store. This process was develop by partnering with Coach, the paint manufacturer, application tools manufacturer and MSF painter consultants. This has lead to an affordable maintenance process their stores.
Wrote the specification, construction drawings, and color cards for the refresh of several hundred restaurants. Managed product and color compliance and the distribution of paint to painting contractors. Provided product and application expertise for on-site painters. Wrote a high-performance coatings specification of the repaint of factory finished metal roofs. By choosing these finish systems Bob Evans has extended the lifecycle of their finishes while improving the look of their restaurants.

MultiSite Finishes manages the painting process for the fitting rooms, sales floor and back-of-house. We lowered maintenance costs by applying unique finishes to high traffic areas and fittling rooms. MultiSite painters develped application systems drive down labor costs in rebranding projects. In 2013-14, wrote specification for repaint of several hundred ‘blue wedges’ branding on the front of Best Buy stores. The paint products and finish system were developed to ensure success for every applicator. Managed the pre and post job inspections of every job and wrote warranties for completed work. Worked with several painting contractors to ensure surface preparation and application specs were followed. Process saved Best Buy money in repaints and enhanced the customer experience with no-fade, no-chalk application.
Managed a unique distribution process for supplying paint to hundreds of new and remodel stores during Target’s explosive growth in the 1990s. Paint was manufactured by color in a central facility and shipped directly to store locations throughout the US. Painters were not required to buy the material and became ‘installers’. Target enhanced their customers’ experience with consistent attractive store branding. Process saved Target project material, labor, and long-term maintenance costs.
Implemented the first North American brand compliance program for 3,000+ Curves franchise locations in 2012-13. Franchisees were offered one of three color schemes for rebranding. Managed the entire process of specs, color cards, color names, and local retail outlets. 80% of projects were completed within 4 months. Process enhanced Curves’ color message, store appearance, brand consistency and overall recognition throughout all locations.
Managed the application process for a unique high sheen wall finish system on all new and renovated locations. Trained contractors on the special application and touch-up processes needed to ensure consistent quality throughout the US. Made on-site quality control visits to ensure painting contractors understood and followed application instructions. Managing the application of an extremely durable coating has allowed DeVry to extend the lifecycle of their wall finishes thus lowering maintenance costs.
Worked with the new construction and design teams at L Brands to develop specs, product standards and consistent color systems for all Victoria’s Secret and PINK stores. Developed communication material to ensure color consistency internationally. Implemented coatings specifications for trim package pre-finishers, fixture and store furniture manufacturers. All areas of painted finishes were evaluated and practices were changed to drive costs out of their painting processes while ensuring consistent quality.
Wrote the specification and developed a compliance system for this new fast casual concept. Managed the finishing of their first stores to ensure the optimal finish system was used. Scaled program elements to ensure availability as growth increased. Continued to evaluate appropriate products and finishes as restaurant design evolved. The objective of these painting processes was to save money in repainting while producing finishes that perform in their restaurants.
Wrote the specs for the exterior repaint of 100+ Sears Kmart locations in 2014. Implemented a warranty program that included pre-job, compliance, and post-job inspections. Worked with painting contractors to ensure the scope and size of each project was properly staffed and materials met bid price. Drop-shipped material to job sites so painters maximized production. Managing the entire painting process for Sears Kmart will lead to better performing colors and products applied at the optimal rate to ensure an extended repaint schedule.
Developed a specification to extend the lifecycle of painted finishes and drive down maintenance costs. Managed a finish and color compliance program to ensure all painters facilities were painted with the same paint and colors. Worked with painters to ensure they had finish materials when and where they needed them. Recommended contractors to complete painting projects.
